Masala refers to a mixture of health giving spices and herbs that are the basis of Yogic Cooking. “Masala” can be wet or dry and changes according to what vegetables, grains and beans are being used. How to mix and match these ingredients is the theme of this basic class. We will also demonstrate and show how to make Ghee, Yogurt and basic dough for Indian breads which will be used throughout the weekend.

Seine Liebe zu Nahrung und ihrer Verwendung in der yogischen Küche als Mittel zu physischer und spiritueller Heilung geht weit zurück zu den Anfängen des Kundalini Yoga in den Vereinigten Staaten, wo er in Washington DC Seva in der Golden Temple Restaurant Küche machte. 20 Jahre leitete er zusammen mit seiner Frau das Golden Temple Restaurant Amsterdam.
