We’ll explore:
• The Moon Centers and menstrual mysteries as a leadership compass
• The wisdom of hormones, cycles, and feminine energetics: cycle syncing for vitality, clarity and inner harmony
• The power of „No“ and the healing of the Mother Wound
• Reclaiming the Yoni as a source of magnetism, boundary, and knowing
• Sadhana (daily spiritual practice) as the root of feminine sovereignty
• The feminine need for security — and the relational patterns that arise from it
• Archetypes that guide the journey from maiden to empowered woman

This is a reclamation of your innate intelligence — a return to the instinctual, sensual self who leads by tuning in, not pushing through.

And from this place, we rise as graceful, sovereign leaders of the New Earth.

• The Sacred Marriage within — balancing action and receptivity
• Feminine archetypes of the Soul Bride, Mystic, Mother, and Lover
• Rituals of nourishment, rest, beauty, and radiance
• Art, mantra, dance, and embodied devotional expression
• Healing the sister wound and rebuilding collective trust
• Practical self-care and spiritual technologies for feminine sustainability
• A blueprint for soul-aligned feminine leadership in the Aquarian Age

Ich lebe im Südosten Englands und unterrichte seit 8 Jahren Kundalini-Yoga. Ich habe an der Karam Kriya-Schule studiert und bin derzeit als Ausbilderin tätig. Meine Leidenschaft ist es, die Lehren der Kundalini-Yoga-Tradition an Frauen weiterzugeben. Ich unterrichte auch Erwachsene mit besonderen pädagogischen Bedürfnissen.

Die Guru Ram Das Aquarian Academy ist ein Zentrum für die Epoche machenden Lehren von Yogi Bhajan. In der von ihm 1969 gegründeten „Happy, Healthy & Holy Organisation” (3HO) skizzierte er eine humanistische Lebensweise, in der erstmals (Kundalini) Yoga und (Sikh) Dharma vereint sind.
